  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you are located or, if you are located outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of a court located in the United States.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

If you believe that your trademark or service mark has been infringed on our website, please notify us by sending a notice to our designated trademark agent.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is someone who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had their content or access to the website removed or disabled more than once.
